Co-President
Jada is a violinist who has been performing for SMA since elementary. Additionally, she is finalist for the Houston Young Artists’ Concert (HYAC) during its 30th-31st, 33rd, and 35th seasons as well as an active member in the North America Youth Chinese Orchestra (NAYCO). She plays guzheng, violin, and piano, and enjoys writing and drawing in her free time. |

Kenneth is a violist that has been a member of the TMEA All-State Symphony and Philharmonic orchestras. He has also been awarded the Outstanding Performance award at the Texas State Solo and Ensemble competition. He also enjoys playing chamber music as a part of Opus 1 Chamber Music. |
Vice President
Alexandra is a Jordan High School junior who is an active member of the school orchestra. She has extensive experience in music, as demonstrated through a passion for piano. For many years, Alex has performed in various venues and has many connections across Katy ISD. Aside from piano, she also has an interest in cello and music theory.

Public Relations
Cheryl is a sophomore violinist for Jordan High School’s varsity Sinfonia orchestra and has participated in All-Region Orchestra. She has participated in many performances in and out of SMA, and has also participated in many competitions. Outside of violin, she also plays the Pipa and Zhongruan. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crocheting, and spending time with her dog, Kuma. |

Russell Lao is a junior violist for Tompkins High School’s varsity sinfonia orchestra. He has participated in All-Region orchestra and enjoys volunteering at events such as the Walk to End Alzheimer’s and Katy YMCA’s Turkey Dash. His desire to further his contribution to his community is exemplified by his involvement in Key Club and NHS. Outside of viola, he plays both guitar and piano, a testament to his passion for music. |
Historian
Kaye Chen is a sophomore cellist at Obra D. Tompkins High School and has participated in All-Region Orchestra. Other than cello, she also plays pipa and da ruan. She also participates in various performances and competitions and is passionate about sharing music with the community to bring joy to people. In her free time, she enjoys playing table tennis and reading. |
Historian
DaiQing (Selina) He is a seinor at Jordan High School and has participated in All-Region Orchestra. She plays the violin, and has long experience in piano as well. Selina is in the varsity Sinfonia Jordan High School Orchestra for three years and has participated various competitions such as TMEA all-states solo and ensemble contest and Katy Young Artist Competition. In her free time, Selina enjoys reading, gaming, and play volleyball. |

Jeweet is a sophomore cellist for Jordan High School’s varsity Sinfonia orchestra. He has been a member of the TMEA All-State Philharmonic orchestra. He has also been awarded the Outstanding Performance award at Texas State Solo and Ensemble Contest for his piano performance of Pour le piano by Claude Debussy. He is currently working on his ARCT piano, Performer from the Royal Conservatory of Music. |

Abhirit is a senior at Jordan High School. He has community leadership in many organizations including the Jordan Orchestra and South Asian Association. He has been playing violin for the past 7 years and has 3 years experience playing the guitar in his free time. Some of his hobbies include playing basketball, learning languages, and programming. |
